In some States, a video consultation or live chatting may be required. In those States, one of our doctors will contact you and complete your consultation via the required method.

Of course! You can choose to use your local pharmacy and our doctors can send your prescription to them. However, the cheapest pricing and most convenient option will be through HisJoy’s network of affiliated pharmacies. We cannot guarantee drug pricing at your local pharmacy.

Absolutely! The only therapy that women can’t utilize is for Hair Loss. This is because the medication we offer, finasteride, is not suitable for women.

We only treat patients who are 18 years of age and older. If you are younger than 18 years of age, please seek treatment from a local primary care physician.

Login to your HisJoy account and update your shipping address at any time. Once your medication is shipped and delivered, you can change your address for all future shipments.

You can login to your HisJoy account and reorder or cancel at any time. Otherwise, you will be contacted before your medication will be refilled and billed to your credit card. Your medication will then be shipped.
